Our Investment model is simple, the deal has to stand on its own from the time of purchase based on existing cash flow.

We find, provide the diligence and close on recession proof assets that produce returns even when existing cash flow is flat. We always attempt to find investements with additional value in vacancy as we are experts in leasing and work to increase yields. In some cases we are able to find opportunities with additional land that can be used as collateral and put to work to create even more value.

Our target investor spans from owners of land, business owners, private equity, through 1031 exchange buyers. With more than 30 years experience and over $200M in transactions across multiple US markets, we are able to structure, execute and operate any investment through targeted exited returns.
